My approach to coaching with young ones is working collaboratively with the parent and the child to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for young ones to explore their inner world and achieve personal growth.

I have nearly 10 years of experience as a registered nurse and much of that time has been working with caring for pediatric clients. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs and personality. As an RN in various settings such as pediatric intensive care and helping in the primary care setting, I understand the importance of children obtaining their health goals and also achieve personal satisfaction and growth.
